Operating in one of the most competitive dental markets in the Gulf, the clinic had strong clinical expertise but a digital presence that was failing to convert the patient volumes their location and reputation deserved.

The Challenge
The clinic faced five compounding digital problems. Their website was outdated and eroding trust at the first impression. Past ad campaigns were generating high bounce rates, clicks without bookings. There was no dedicated landing page for individual treatments, sending all ad traffic to a generic homepage. Local search visibility was weak in Sharjah's competitive dental market. Our Strategy
Website Revamp: Built a clean, mobile-first website with trust-building elements, before/after treatment images, verified patient reviews, and a doctor introduction section. Added WhatsApp Chat and sticky CTA buttons for instant booking. Improved page speed to 90+ on PageSpeed Insights.
Treatment-Specific Landing Pages: Designed dedicated landing pages for each major service, Braces, Root Canal, and General Dentistry with timed popups, scroll-based sticky lead forms, and trust badges (MOH-certified, 750+ smiles treated). Each page matched the exact search intent of the ad driving traffic to it.
CRM Integration: Connected all lead forms directly to CRM with instant staff alerts and automated WhatsApp follow-up , ensuring every enquiry was contacted within minutes, not hours.
Google Ads, Hyper-Local Campaigns: Set up Search and Performance Max campaigns targeting high-intent queries: "dentist near me", "braces in Sharjah", "root canal clinic". Added location extensions, call-only ads during clinic hours, and review-based sitelinks. Ran ongoing A/B testing on ad copy and negative keyword optimisation to eliminate irrelevant, price-sensitive clicks.
